Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.workinstyle.com.

The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions also extend to cover mail order sales not sold via the website. We recommend that you read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Description of Goods
The descriptions given are believed to accurate to the best of our knowledge.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of standard delivery charges. Standard delivery is £5 for most UK Mainland addresses. Next working day delivery is available to UK customers only for an extra charge of £2.50 - total cost for UK next day delivery is £7.50.. Orders received before midday for goods in stock are eligible for next working day delivery. Orders requesting next day delivery which are received after midday Thurdsay will be delivered the following Monday; orders requesting next day delivery received after midday Friday and at weekends will be delivered the following Tuesday. AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application - please contact us for information.

Standard delivery is available to select European locations for a charge of £10. Please see our delivery page for full details.Deliveries to the rest of Europe are charged at £20 and the rest of the world is charged at £30.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery is available for all our online credit/debit card orders to most UK Mainland addresses and is usually within 3-5 working days.

We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier’s delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 2 days from delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.

In-Correct Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 days from the expected delivery date.
Cancellation of Orders
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Goods are to be returned unworn in the original packing with all labels attached within 14 days. You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery. Please quote your order number or invoice number when requesting a return. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back in any condition other than ‘as new’ will be returned back to you. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods you order are specified to meet your intended purpose.
Discounts
Automatic Discounts: Value of automatic discounts is calculated and deducted from the cart on the total value of goods ordered. Shipping costs (where applicable) are not included in the calculation of discounts.
Discount Vouchers
Please note that with effect from 18th September 2012, discount vouchers will no longer be issued. Discount vouchers issued on or before this date will be honoured up to the "Use By" date quoted on each voucher email. To use the voucher, simply add the voucher code number and password to your shopping cart - no minumum purchase necessary.
Email Privacy Policy
By completing and submitting our E-newsletter subscription form, you agree to receive email communications from Work in Style. We will only use the email address supplied to contact you with offers and information concerning Work in Style. We do not share your information with any third party. All email promotions will be from our promotional email address promotions@nursing-uniforms.co.uk. If you wish to receive our email promotions, please ensure this address is added to your friendly list or address book.
