We offer FREE RETURNS on all University orders via DPD
You are entitled to return your goods within 28 days of dispatch for a refund
Returned goods must be:
- Returned within 28 days of the dispatch date
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered, in original packaging with labels attached
One free returns label will be supplied per order, allowing one free return. Any additional returns will be the responsibility of the customer and must be done at your own cost
How will we process your return?
Timeline
- We receive your return in our warehouse
- We will process the return as quickly as possible (Please allow up to 10 working days)
- Your exchange or refund will be processed, allow up to 5 working days for a refund to reach your bank account
- Self funded orders cannot be exchanged, you can return for a refund, and place a new order
If it has been over 10 working days since returning your order and you need an update on your return you can email us at hello@pandrgroup.co.uk quoting your order number and delivery postcode.

Place your return and returns form in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like, as long as it's secure.

Step 4
Drop off your parcel at your chosen drop off point, and let us do the rest

- Your University return form will have the relevant PO number on. If you placed the order yourself on our WIS+ site, please include your order number, which you can find on your email confirmation. Or you can contact us at hello@pandrgroup.co.uk

- A funded order is paid for by your University. Self funded orders/students must pay for their uniform by card or Paypal
