How do I shop online with www.workinstyle.com?
You can select an item from any area of the site, choose the correct size and colour and add to your shopping basket. You can keep an eye on the total number of items in your shopping basket, and how much you have spent, by checking the mini basket which is constantly on your screen.
When you have finished putting items in your basket click on the “Go To Checkout” button where you can review your order, check details and delete items if you’ve changed your mind.
You then enter the checkout area where we’ll need your billing/ delivery address. You then click on the continue button and you will be taken to a confirmation page showing a full review of your order. If you are happy with your order simply click on the continue button again and you will be taken to our secure payment page where you can pay for your goods by Visa, Delta, Connect, Switch, Maestro or MasterCard.
Where is my receipt?
You will receive an electronic receipt (in the form of an email), along with your customer order number. You should quote that order number in case of queries or when tracking your order. You will also get confirmation of your shipping charges if applicable.
Can I return the goods?
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. Goods are to be returned unworn in the original packing with all labels attached within 14 days. You must notify us within 7 days from date of delivery. Please quote your order number or invoice number when requesting a return. It will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Goods received back in any condition other than 'as new' will be returned back to you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery is available for all our online credit/debit card orders to most UK Mainland addresses and is usually within 3-5 working days.
We try to reflect our current stock position for you on the product lines which you are interested in. However, due to the fast-moving stock lines sometimes selling out during the working day, it may be that there is a slight delay while new goods are shipped to our Worsley warehouse. We will always endeavour to advise you of expected delivery times.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is FREE to most UK Mainland addresses. Next day delivery is available to UK customers only at a cost of £7.50 per order.
AM/PM and Saturday deliveries are optional and will incur additional charges. These can be obtained upon application.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
How do I track my order?
