If you require a logo, fill this out and send it to us with your order number, our team will get a proof sent to you ASAP and then we can start the embroidery process on your uniform.

Be sure to still add the embroidery option to your order so our warehouse team know you require embroidery

Terms and Conditions

  • By placing your order with the auto embroidery form, you are agreeing to the font/colour and text specified. Any spelling errors are the responsibility of the customer and will not be re-done
  • If you do not add and pay for embroidery at the time of order, your order will be dispatched with no embroidery
  • If a logo is require it can take up to 72 hours to create your proof. We require approval of all embroidery samples before we can process the embroidery
  • Once approved, we aim to deliver within a minimum of 7 working days, please allow longer for more complex/large orders
  • If you require Embroidery on more than 1 location per garment, you must pay for each embroidery separately. I.e. x1 chest & x1 arm placement - Pay for x2 Embroidery
  • If you require a logo, we will charge an extra set-up fee of £15 (This is a one-off fee)
  • Embroidered goods are non-returnable
  • Next-day delivery is not possible on embroidery orders
  • We cannot embroider the NHS logo on online orders

No—unlike printed transfers, embroidered logos are stitched directly into the fabric. This makes them far more resistant to peeling, cracking, or fading, even after repeated washes.


Can I order embroidered workwear with my company logo?

Yes. We can digitise your company logo and embroider it onto your chosen garments. A one-off setup fee applies, and once your logo is on file, you can reuse it on future orders at no extra cost.


What's the difference between embroidery and printing on workwear?

Embroidery offers a premium, long-lasting finish with stitched logos or text, perfect for durability and daily wear. Printing allows for more intricate designs and vibrant colours, but embroidery is generally better for uniforms that need to withstand heavy use.


Can I personalise different garments with the same embroidery?

Yes—once your logo or design has been set up, it can be applied to any item across our range, from polos to tunics and jackets. This helps maintain a consistent brand look across your team.


Is embroidered workwear suitable for industrial washing?

Yes. Our embroidery is tested to handle high-temperature washes and repeated laundering, making it ideal for healthcare, hospitality, and industrial environments.


How long does embroidered personalisation take?

Personalised orders are usually delivered within 7 working days once your design is approved. Larger or more complex orders may take slightly longer, but we'll always confirm timelines before production begins.


Can I choose the placement of my embroidery?

Yes. Common placements include the left chest, right chest, or sleeve, but you can select the position that best suits your design. Additional placements are charged separately.


Do I need to order a minimum number of garments for logo embroidery?

No minimum applies—you can order a single embroidered garment. For larger orders, we offer tiered pricing that reduces the cost per item.


Can I mix embroidered and non-embroidered items in one order?

Yes, you can. For example, you might choose embroidered polos for customer-facing staff and plain versions for back-of-house use.


What file format do I need to provide for a logo?

A high-resolution image (such as JPEG, PNG, or EPS) is ideal. Our team will convert it into an embroidery-ready format during the setup process.
