With our free returns service you can order safe in the knowledge that if the product isn’t perfect for you, you aren’t stuck with it!
Our free return service is a statement of confidence in our products, we believe that you will love your new uniforms and if you don’t we are more than happy to refund or exchange them.
So, how does it work?
All orders come with an easy to use return form inside, you will fill this in with your details and let us know what you are sending back
You'll call or email us for GRN (Goods return number) - This helps us identify your return and process it faster
You’ll pop the form and the products back in the bag and secure it
Then you will use the DPD return form provided to send it back for free at your closest DPD pick up point, these are usually in your local supermarket or corner shop, so there should always be one close by!
DPD and Work in style take care of the rest
Once it gets to us we will exchange or refund the item, depending on what you have requested on your form
